     Location
     The resort Chairite is located in Sunny Beach at the area called "Chairite" - a quiet, and beautiful spot. Situated in the west part of Sunny Beach, on the flank of the Balkan range. This spot is the perfect location for rest, because it is situated in a very peaceful region, which at the same time is a 5 minutes drive away and 10-15 minutes walk away from the center of Sunny Beach - the largest resort on the Black Sea. The Bourgas International airport is 25 minutes away with a car. Sunny Beach is a wide semi-circular bay 8 km long, with fine golden sands recently given a Blue Flag Award. It offers various beach activities - beach volleyball, bungee jumping, windsurfing, water skiing, para-sailing, motor launch cruises, Aqua Park, bicycle hire, riding school, and mini golf. There are over 100 hotels and 130 dining places in Sunny Beach. A 3 course meals and wine costs about ?5. The historic town of Nessebur is only a few kilometers away. The resorts of Saint Vlas and Pomorie are nearby.
     
     Investment
     Chairite Resort consists of 19 luxurious two and three store houses, a hotel building, and a number of facilities including swimming pools, deluxe spa centre, gym, restaurant, and many more.
     
     
     
     The two bedroom houses range from 103 to 113 sq.m. The three bedroom houses are from 141 to 153 sq.m. Every house consists of 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with an on-suite bathroom and toilet, an extra downstairs toilet, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, and private terraces.
     
     
     
     The location and design of the resort guarantees a good capital appreciation and a very good rental potential. Investment in the area is just starting with a number of planned improvements in the infrastructure and possibly an alley that will lead directly to the central part of Sunny Beach.

     The apartments consist of a bedroom or two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen box, bathroom, and a restroom. The interior design represents a great combination of luxury and traditional Bulgarian patterns. Buyers can choose from a modern and traditional kitchen with two choices for appliances. The living room is with Italian granite tiles and the bedrooms are with laminated parquet. The bathroom is fully equipped with terracotta. Hydro and thermal insulation and plaster board of walls will be provided. The apartments will also have a cable TV and Internet. They will be supplied with smoke alarms, fire doors, and other fire precautions.
     
     The houses are not furnished.

     Date of completion of the complex - July 1st 2008.
